Membership Questions

How do I become a member? Simply choose a subscription type that best suits your needs – Individual or School Subscription by clicking on the Sign Up button or on this link: Become a Member and then just fill out the account and payment information form.
How do I renew my subscription? Your subscription to newpathworksheets.com is set to automatically renew annually on the expiration date for your convenience and to avoid any interruption of service.

Note: We'll send you an email reminder 30 days before your annual subscription renews.

You may uncheck the auto-renew to disable it from your My Profile page. You may also renew your subscription at any time from your Profile page. After logging into your account, click on your name on the upper right side and then select My Profile.
What types of memberships do you offer? We offer 2 types of memberships based on your specific needs:

An Individual Subscription is ideal for parents and individual teachers. It provides a license for one individual user (parent or teacher) unlimited access to printable worksheets, study guides and other learning resources aligned to State and National Standard for an entire year!

A School Subscription is suited for use by ALL teachers within a single school building at a deeply discounted price. It provides a site license for ALL teachers within a single school unlimited access to all printable worksheets, study guides and other learning resources aligned to State and National Standard for an entire calendar year!

All users from a school with a valid school subscription share the subscription and use the same username and password. All school subscribers agree to keep the username and password private and not share it with anyone outside their school building. Sharing of the subscription account is strictly prohibited and we reserve the right to suspend the accounts for all users within your school if unauthorized sharing is suspected.
How long does my subscription last? Subscriptions are active for one full calendar year and begin at the time of purchase. However, you may still have access to your account even after your subscription expires, but without the benefits of an active member.

Please note that your subscription to the www.newpathworksheets.com Website does not constitute the purchase of educational materials. Your subscription represents a license to use all materials on the Website as long as you have a current subscription. If for any reason the subscription is terminated or not renewed, you may no longer use any these materials in any manner or form, as the license to use the materials is no longer in effect. If the subscription is terminated and/or not renewed, all materials downloaded and/or printed from the Website must be destroyed immediately.
Is sharing of my password allowed? Individual subscription accounts are valid for only one subscriber and that you agree to keep your username and password private and not share it with anyone. Sharing of the subscription account is strictly prohibited and we reserve the right to suspend your account if sharing is suspected.

School Subscription accounts are valid only for teachers within a single school building. All users from a school with a valid school subscription can share the account and use the same username and password to log in. All school subscribers agree to keep the username and password private and not share it with anyone outside their school building. Sharing of the subscription account is strictly prohibited and we reserve the right to suspend the accounts for all users within your school if unauthorized sharing is suspected.

What am I allowed to do with the resources on www.newpathworksheets.com? The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, graphic, form or document from the Website grants you only a limited, nonexclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable and revocable license to only print solely by you for your own school, home and personal use and not for commercial use, republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works or other use. Placing any of the resources on any website or digital media sources with public access is strictly prohibited.

How can I unsubscribe from your mailing list? You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time on your Profile page. After logging into your account, click on your name on the upper right side and then select My Profile. Deselect "Receive NewPathWorksheets.com updates" to remove your name from any future mailings.

Billing & Payment Questions

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, including PayPal and Purchase Orders from U.S. Schools.

NewPath Learning uses secure server software over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) line to protect your credit card information. It encrypts all of your personal and credit card information so that this information cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system, and once it is received, it is stored in a location not accessible via the Internet.

What is your refund policy? If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your subscription within 10 days of purchase, we will gladly refund your purchase price, provided that you have not downloaded more than 10 printables.

Technical questions

Can’t Access My Account. Click on “Can’t Access My Account” link on the Sign In page and enter your email address which you’ve used to create the account. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder for this email, since depending on your spam settings at times it may end up there.
Can I log in to my account from anywhere? You may access your account from anywhere there’s Internet connection on any computer (Mac or PC), including iPads and Android mobile devices.
How do I change my account information? You can change your information on your Profile page at any time. After logging into your account, click on your name on the upper left side and then select My Profile.
How do I view the worksheets? All of the available printable resources are provided in PDF format and require a PDF Reader to view them. If you do not have a PDF reader installed on your computer, you may download Acrobat Reader for free from Adobe at https://get.adobe.com/reader/
I have trouble printing. Please be sure that have the latest Acrobat Reader installed. You may also want to check your printer connections and settings.
Why are there watermarks on the worksheets? Watermarked pages are provided to all users to preview them. Paid subscribers have access to all of the worksheets and other printable resources without watermarks. If you are already an active subscriber, please log into your account for unrestricted access to the printable resources. However, we also have provided dozens of free printable resources without watermarks which you can to use according to our terms of use.
How do I print from an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch? 1. Make sure that your iOS device and your printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network and you're within range.

2. Check that your printer supports AirPrint.

3. Follow the print with AirPrint step-by-step instructions provided by Apple.
How do I delete my account? Please email us at customerservice@newpathworksheets.com in case you want your account deleted. Be sure to provide us with your full name, username, email and phone number to verify your identity.
How do students complete and return worksheets online marked with the orange pencil write-on icon? 1. Download and save the worksheet.
2. Answer the questions.
3. Save your completed worksheet.
4. Upload and Turn In the completed worksheet.

How do I post Worksheets, Study Guides or Vocabulary Sets to Google Classroom? 1. Select a printable activity.
2. Click on the Share to Google Classroom icon located at the bottom right corner of the preview screen of each printable activity.
3. Follow the onscreen instructions to choose a class to assign it and create an assignment.
